These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Z-Image's AI image generation services powered by Z-Image Turbo. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Z-Image, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Use of Services

Service Description

Z-Image provides AI-powered image generation services using the Z-Image Turbo model. Our services allow you to:

  • Generate images from text prompts
  • Customize generation parameters (size, steps, format, etc.)
  • Store and manage generated images
  • Access your generation history

Service Availability

  • Services are provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must not share your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • Ensuring your email address is valid and monitored
  • Complying with these Terms and all applicable laws

Credits and Billing

Credit System

  • Z-Image uses a credit-based system for image generation
  • Each generation consumes credits based on parameters used
  • Free tier users receive 50 credits upon registration (30-day expiry)
  • Credits expire according to your subscription plan

Subscriptions

  • Free Plan: 50 credits/month (30-day expiry)
  • Pro Plan: 1,000 credits/month (monthly or yearly subscription)
  • Lifetime Plan: 1,000 credits/month (one-time payment)

Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Prices are subject to change with advance notice
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Credit Packages

Additional credits can be purchased through credit packages:

  • Credits from packages expire according to package terms
  • Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods (except lifetime plans)
  • Credits are non-transferable

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Uses

You may use Z-Image to:

  • Generate images for personal or commercial use
  • Experiment with AI image generation
  • Create content for your projects and clients

Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Create deepfakes or impersonate real individuals without consent
  • Generate content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Bypass or circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract our models
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Generate content violating third-party rights
  • Use automated systems to generate excessive requests

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain all rights to prompts you submit
  • You are responsible for ensuring your prompts don't infringe third-party rights
  • You grant us a limited license to process prompts for service delivery

Generated Images

  • Generated images are created using AI and may have limitations
  • You have the right to use, modify, and distribute images you generate
  • Images are subject to your subscription plan terms
  • We do not claim ownership of your generated images

Our Intellectual Property

  • Z-Image platform, technology, and branding are our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services
  • Our AI models and training data are proprietary

Privacy and Data

  • Your use of Z-Image is subject to our Privacy Policy
  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Generated images are stored according to your subscription plan
  • You can request data deletion by contacting support

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Fal.ai for AI model inference
  • AWS S3 for image storage

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers and Limitations

AI-Generated Content

  • Images are generated by AI and may contain errors or artifacts
  • We do not guarantee specific quality or accuracy
  • Generated images may be similar to those created by other users
  • AI models may produce unexpected or unintended results

No Warranties

Z-Image is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions
  • Force majeure events excuse our performance obligations

Termination

By You

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Deletion is irreversible and removes all your data
  • Unused credits are forfeited upon account deletion

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Required by law or legal process
  • We discontinue the service

Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms at any time
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • Material changes will be communicated via email

Dispute Resolution
